Mission & Values

The aim for our collective is..

  • To promote the balboa dance art form in London through classes, competitions, social dances, festivals, and collaboration with other organisations and artists.
  • To work towards the integration of the various swing dance communities in London.
  • To research, study, and promote the history of the art form, as well as the history and culture of jazz and swing dance, music, and the communities from which it developed.
  • To conserve the art form and to innovate and grow the dance.
  • To help shape and grow the next generation of balboa dancers.
What We Do

We offer weekly classes structured within monthly course schedules. We also provide specialised workshops aimed at dancers wishing to increase their knowledge and passion for Balboa. To encourage community spirit, we collaborate with other London organisers to provide social dance nights.
